This notice is provided you to pursuant to federal law.  FINCO Premium Finance Company does not collect any nonpublic personal or business information except as provided by you on your premium finance agreement including but not limited to name, address, telephone numbers, personal or business tax identification numbers and insurance policy information.  FINCO does not share this information with any other person or firm except as permitted by law in order to process and service your account(s.)

FINCO restricts access to nonpublic information about you to those employees who need this information to provide services and products to you.  FINCO maintains electronic, procedural and physical safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic information whether you are a current or prior account holder.
